
Gary Spangler, gspangler@ccfh.org
Gary Wayne Spangler is responsible for the overall management of the
ministry. A long-time member of the board of directors, Gary is originally
from Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the Okolona Christian Church where
his father was pastor for 18 years. Gary is an ordained minister and
is an elder at the McDonough Christian Church in McDonough, Georgia.
His background is in the airline industry. He has over 30 years of business
experience and has always been involved in the Christian Church as a
Worship Leader, Choir Director or Teacher. Gary was the lead singer for
the Peachland Quarter for 20 years. Gary and his wife Becky continue
to be excited as this ministry grows and many people are served. Gary
is available for speaking and singing engagements to introduce you to
CCFH..
Dr. Jim Pierson, pierson325@att.net
Jimmie Olin (Jim) Pierson was one of the founders and has directed CCFH Ministries
since its inception. He continues to oversee our educational resources. Jim
is an accomplished author of several books on disability, in addition to being
Adjunct Associate Professor of Teacher Education and Special Services Coordinator
and Director of the Certificate in Disability Ministry program at Johnson Bible
College in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Jim is a widely sought as a speaker and has presented scores of workshops and
seminars on special education topics across America. He is noted for his ability
not only to present material in a clear and concise manner, but also to move
the hearts of his listeners through the stories taken from his own ministry experiences.

Mike is the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds for CCFH Ministries at Riverwood Christian Community. Mike has been with CCFH since August of 2004. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and supervising the upkeep of Riverwood. This is no small task- since it includes the maintenance of the vehicles, landscaping and any renovations that occur. Mike is also responsible for recreational and activity programs for our residents.

Sylvia has been with CCFH since 2003. She is the director of Administrative Functions and Resource Materials and is responsible for publishing our Connections and Partnership newsletters. She also works to produce new materials, assists with the distance learning certificate program, and maintains electronic correspondence.

Carol Hundley joined the CCFH office staff in November of 2005 with excellent
credentials. Carol has a degree in Christian Education from Johnson Bible
College and was employed as the secretary to the Vice President of Development
at JBC for over eight years. Carol excels in her job as office manager
at CCFH. Her many skills enable other staff members to accomplish their
tasks more effectively.
Direct Care Staff
CCFH employs both part-time and full time direct care staff. The well-trained
quality staff members serve each resident with heartfelt attention. Their
desire to model Christ with our residents, and before them, is the key to
CCFH Ministries' success.
