A residential services application is available for download through this site or by calling CCFH. The completed application must be returned to CCFH with a psychological evaluation and a recent picture of the applicant. This information is reviewed to ensure the individual meets the above criteria.
 
If the applicant meets the requirements for admission, an interview will be scheduled with the prospective resident, a family member or friend, and the CCFH Admissions Committee. This interview assists in determining if CCFH can meet the needs of the applicant.
